Personal Training That’s Actually Personal

At Longevity, you’ll train alongside up to three other members, but you won’t all be doing the same workout. Every member follows an individualized strength program built around their goals, abilities, and progress. Every session is coached by a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant who is there to teach, adjust, progress, and coach you throughout the entire session.

It’s the best of both worlds: the individualized attention and personalized program of one-on-one personal training, with the energy and community of training alongside others, at a more accessible price than traditional one-on-one training.

Individualized for You

Your program is built around your goals, abilities, and progress. You won’t simply follow the same workout as everyone else.

Led by PTs & PTAs

Every session is coached by a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, giving you a higher level of professional coaching and attention.

Maximum 4 Per Coach

Small enough for real individual coaching, while still giving you the energy, encouragement, and community of training alongside others.
